Step 1 – Choose Your Products

Browse our custom products and add the items you want to your cart, such as: Table Covers, Backdrops, Stickers, Etc.

You may either:

• Trade PSA graded Pokémon cards
• Purchase outright at 85% of retail price + sales tax

Step 2 – Complete Checkout

Place your order through checkout normally.

After checkout:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• No payment is required until the trade is reviewed and approved

Step 3 – Send Your Trade Details

Reply to the confirmation email with:

• Pokémon card name
• PSA grade
• Certification number
• Photos of the slab
• Estimated trade value

Trade Rules

• Trades must include PSA graded Pokémon cards equal to or greater than the order value
• We do not accept large bundles of low-value cards to reach the total

Examples:

• A $250 order should include a card around that value

Step 4 – Send Your Artwork

Once your trade is approved, send your artwork files via email.

Preferred formats: PDF, AI, or EPS.

Accepted alternatives: High-resolution JPEG or PNG

Please include any logos, text, colors, or design instructions needed for your order.

Step 5 – Production & Shipping

Option A – Send Your Card First

• You ship the PSA card first
• Once received and verified, production begins
• Your products are then shipped

Option B – We Ship First

For approved customers:

• A signed credit card authorization form is required
• Your card is not charged initially
• Products are shipped first

We must receive the agreed PSA card(s) within 10 business days after delivery or the authorized card may be charged.

If the card arrives later:

• We may issue a refund after verification, or
• Return the card at customer’s expense

Turnaround Time

Most orders are completed within: 7 – 10 business days

Production begins after:

• Trade approval
• Artwork approval
• All required files are received
